1. Introduction

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Company" / "Clear Entry" individually and collectively refer to BS Teknology Private Limited, and the terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" / "Client" / "Customer" refer to the users of the Clear Entry mobile application ("the App").

This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you and BS Teknology Private Limited. The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking on the "I accept" tab, or by use of the App) and will govern the relationship between you and BS Teknology Private Limited for your use of the App.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data of Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By using the App, you indicate that you understand, agree, and consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

By providing us your information or by making use of the facilities provided by the App, you hereby consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of any or all of your personal and non-personal information by us as specified under this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

At Clear Entry, we believe in a minimalist approach to data collection. We only collect the information that is absolutely necessary for you to use the App's core functionality.

Registration Details (for account creation):

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Transaction Data:

• All your credit and debit entries, including transaction descriptions, amounts, and dates, are stored locally on your device.
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your financial records.

3. Information Security

We have implemented reasonable security practices and procedures to ensure that the information you provide us is protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

• Local Data Storage: Your financial data (credit and debit entries) is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
• Secure Access: Registration details stored on our servers are protected with encryption and other industry-standard measures.
• Confidentiality: Access to personal information is restricted to authorized employees, agents, and contractors on a need-to-know basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We share sensitive personal information with third parties only under the following limited circumstances:

• (a) When it is requested or required by law, by any court, or by any governmental agency or authority to disclose such information for the purpose of verification of identity, prevention, detection, or investigation (including cyber incidents), or for prosecution and punishment of offences. These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing these Terms, or for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• (b) When we propose to share such information within our group companies, and with officers and employees of such group companies, for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We also ensure that these recipients of such information agree to process it based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and with appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

5. Grievance Redressal

Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse, or concerns with regards to content, comments, or a breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below, in writing or through email signed with an electronic signature.
