This page explains how users of Clear Entry can delete their data.
Clear Entry is designed to store all user data locally on your device. This means that your information, including your customer and transaction data, is never collected or stored on our external servers. We do not collect or share any of your personal or transactional data with us or any third parties.
Since your data is stored on your phone, deleting it is simple and straightforward.
You have the option to back up your data within the app. Please be aware that the deletion methods mentioned above will not affect any backup files you have manually created.
To fully and permanently delete your data, you must also manually delete the backup database file from your phone's storage in the location where you saved it.
If you restore data from a backup, it will be reloaded into the app's local storage on your device, even after you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
